If you like Mexican spices then you'll love this Spicy-licious Hamburger casserole. Give Taco Night a twist with this inexpensive to make main dish. Where does the spicy flavor come from? If you haven't already guessed, the answer is hot and spicy taco seasoning mix. It makes this hamburger casserole simply spicy-licious!
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds of Ground Beef - Browned and Drained
1 Pound Rotelle Cooked and Drained
1 Ounce Package of Hot & Spicy Taco Seasoning Mix
2 Cups Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
8 Ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Casserole Directions
1. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish lightly with vegetable cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix the taco seasonings evenly into the ground beef.
3. Add the spaghetti sauce to the ground beef mixture and mix well.
4. Add the rotelle into the beef and sauce mixture and mix well.
5. Spoon 1/2 the ground beef and rotelle mixture into the casserole dish.
6. Sprinkle 1/2 the shredded cheese evenly ovre the ground beef and rotelle mixture in the casserole dish.
7. Spoon the remaining ground geef and rotelle mixture into the casserole dish.
8. Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top of the ground beef and rotelle mixture in casserole dish.
9. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
