Ever since I was a young girl, I loved to write. In the summer I would sit under a big shade tree in my back yard and write for hours in a notebook. In high school I took a creative writting course. I have a folder full of my writtings including a poem I read in church on Children's Sunday.
My mother started teaching me to cook and bake when I was 9 years old. After she passed away, when I was 12, I started experimenting on my own. In Junior High School I took cooking classes. By the time I was 16, people were really impressed with my meals.
HubPages lets me combine two things I love to do, write and cook. I hope you enjoy my recipes!
